Before today, this included one of our friendly and experienced tutors traveling as far as South Korea, to as local as Coventry. Finally, we have a solution which is easy to use and reliable! This could not have come at a better time as more and more people are asked to work from home (WFH). For many, it is difficult to work away from the office therefore this is the best time to upskill and learn!
TECHNIA’s virtual training environment provides an experience users would receive by physically being in one of TECHNIA’s classrooms. The new virtual training allows both tutors and delegates to collaborate interactively. Tutors still provide a live audience with live discussions and live demonstrations. The benefit is, the delegate can now be anywhere in the world, only requiring a laptop/computer with a good internet connection. Although our virtual training can be accessed by smartphone/tablet PC, TECHNIA recommend that a full-sized Windows PC/MAC is used.
All you need is a laptop/computer with a microphone and your thinking cap on! Delegates receive joining instructions within good time before the course start date and simply click a link to enter the virtual training. The classroom includes other delegates participating in the training which creates a social learning environment.
Most people don’t have the high performance machines or software they use at work installed on their home PC’s. This is completely understandable.
If you don’t have access to the required hardware or software, TECHNIA now have the capability to give you access to your own virtual machine for the duration of the course. For example, you can simply use your home PC to connect and participate in our virtual training and connect to our virtual computer where the required software will be available to you to use.
Delegates can then use this PC to perform worked examples and request for the tutors help if required. The tutor can connect to the PC upon request and talk to the delegate to help them through any challenges they may face as part of the course. This screen sharing would remain a private session between the tutor and the delegate involved.
